Bruce Runkle originally established the business in Red Lion, Pennsylvania as a full service Notary. His grandson, Mark Johnson has been the proud owner of Runkle’s since 1995. At all of our 3 locations, we are able to issue registration cards, licenses and stickers immediately. Additionally, the York office is an authorized PennDOT Photo License Center. Today, Runkle’s is a respected, reliable resource for various driver and vehicle services as well as a trusted Insurance Agency. Our mission is to meet and exceed your expectations.

Bruce Runkle originally established the business in Red Lion, PA as a Notary in 1949. His Grandson, Mark has been the proud owner of Runkle’s Notary & Insurance since 1995. Mark expanded the business to York in 1998 and Hanover in 2004.
