Oh my. I was not pleased. I took my moms car down here to get a tire plugged because she had a nail in it. The man took about a half hour to forty-​five minutes to tell me that the hole couldn’t be plugged and I would need a new tire for 100 dollars. Shocked out of my mind I took it to a local shop who fixed it within a half hour for 20 bucks. They weer just trying to get my money.

Went here for an oil change only because we had a discount card. Was told that it would be quick. Brought my car at opening and sat in the waiting room and watched my car not move from where I left it for a good 45 minutes. When it was finally started, the oil change (nothing more) took almost another hour. I saw the guy drive my car out to the parking lot and return to the shop. It was then another 15 minutes until I was told it was ready. What a waste of time.

I recently went here because I needed all new tires. Honestly the main reason I came was because I have a Sears charge and could put the cost of the tires on that.
Stewert was who I dealt with and was very nice and professional. He gave me a few different options with his honest opinion of each. He did try to push for the extras that amounted to almost $ 200 more but I reiterated I was only shopping for tires to be balanced and put on the car and nothing more. While he seemed to not be super happy with that, he still obviously respected what I wanted and was willing to pay for and didn’t try to push anything again.
I was told an hour was all they’d need which of course turned into 2.5 hours.
The price was do able and I needed tires pretty much that day so I was glad they could do it right away. Their prices are close to competitors and my new tires ride great.
I’d definitely check out Sears auto when shopping for tires.

I went to Sears for a front end alignment and it cost $ 75.00. The people at Sears did the alignment but a couple weeks later when I went to get my inspection stickers, I failed and come to find out I need 2 ball joints, an idler arm and a pitman arm! Wow so the alignment was for nothing and we weren’t even told we needed these things from Sears! I felt like they just wanted our money since they weren’t busy actually no one was even there and the people that worked there were just standing around! If you go to Sears for any kind of auto work, make sure you get a secone opinion first!
