Same great selection of delicious Trader Joe jarred products as other locations, but insane busy when we went.

Milk curdled one day after sell by date. Mushrooms, romaine hearts, and grape tomatoes go bad fast.

So good! Great staff! So helpful! Friendly! Clean! Thoughtful! Great service! Only bummer is the free coffee doesn’t offer free stevia like most Trader Joe’s nation wide. I live coming here! I’ve never had a problem.

Make sure you read the expiration date on fresh foods!!! Most of their food is expired! I’m serious. I had to return oranges, limes, sweet peas, spinach, and pineapple. For the Pirate Booty lovers; the Corn Puffs are tasty and are 1.99. Saving money like a champ! :) I love buying frozen pineapple and French Vanilla yogurt to make smoothies at home! Turns out yummy! Although, Hanover’s Trader Joe’s’ is small, it has a lot to offer inside!

I’ve been to many trader joes’ throughout the country and this location is one of the worst ones. I went on a Saturday and they were out of stock of almost everything I needed(produce, tofu, etc). The lines for paying were long and the store was pretty small. The sample of the day was gross looking. I won’t be back.

I LOVE this store. Its atmosphere is wonderful(and I dont mind the free samples and coffee) The cashiers and sales floor employees are extremely friendly and don’t judge you. I love the laid back employee uniforms and not to mention the food! It tastes so delicious. I havent bought one thing that tasted bad. I love the cheap prices too. Totally love this.

No wine. Why would I go to a Trader Joe’s outside of NY other than for WIG? Unilocal listing is a liar. My night was ruined(please read with a dollop of sarcasm).

Wonderful store! Love the layout and staff and choices… even on a rainy Saturday morning the interior never felt too«crowded» or unsettling. Great experience!

This is a sweet little TJ! Lots of parking because of the Hanover Mall, which is a big plus. They’ve got most of the Trader Joe’s basics that you know and love, for me that includes Quattro Formaggio, Balsamic Reduction, Mushroom Ravioli, and big bags of Pink Lady apples. Prices were good for the area as well, as can be expected of the chain. As a recent transplant from SoCal, I was over the moon happy to see a Trader Joe’s after driving 3,000 or so miles to get here and not seeing ANY on the way. Four stars because there were a few things missing that I would have loved to pick up, like Organic Wild Rocket(aka arugula), and because of the recent TJ trend of selling really unhealthy stuff made with a lot of additives. I mean, I know I’d probably ENJOY eating cookie butter, I just don’t think that’s a good reason to buy a tub of it, ya know?

I like this TJs. Sure it’s small and cramped, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have all my favorite TJs essentials. I actually prefer shopping in small supermarkets over supersized markets. So this location is great for me. The one minus about this one is they don’t sell alcohol. The fruit and veggie selection is also lacking, but other than that I have no complaints. The customer service is excellent here. Super friendly and helpful. I tend to go off hours so crowds are never a problem. Parking is super easy. I love the prices and quality of the items they sell. The sample size of coffee they offer is a great way to trial the flavor before buying. I like their version of K-cups for the Keurig, 7 cups for 2.99, not bad at all.

Overall a nice store. Everyone on the staff is really friendly. They have the essentials and lots of good stuff. But it’s a very small and cramped store, with tight aisles. That’s really the only negative about this store.

I need to give a shout out to the customer service at Trader Joes in Hanover! Every time I have entered this location the staff is SO helpful and friendly. The last time I visited, the girl who rang me up-Chelsea-was so friendly, helpful and had such a pleasant demeanor. I left that day feeling on top of the world! Normally I hate when people comment on the food I’m purchasing, but somehow at Trader Joes they all seem to have such a passion and such support for what they do that I always value their opinions and comments on my purchases. The only problem with this location is that it is quite small and it can be crowded on evenings and weekends, however it is a small price to pay to have such a terrific store so close by!

I’ve been here a few times and I love Trader Joe’s! Although the few times I went here the fresh fruits and vegetables were not all that good. The store is tiny which I totally dislike. I’m not sure why people are complaining about other shoppers I never had a issue. I even once had a cute old lady teaching me about different type of breads. I could see how it gets slightly annoying since its always packed and there is no room to move but other then that there isn’t to many negative things I can say about shopping here.

I LOVE Trader Joe’s! However the one in Hanover is horrible! The fruits and veggies always look bad, it’s always busy and they never have any of the good stuff! I’ve gone to the ones in Cambridge and Coolidge Corner and they are amazing! Tons of flowers to choose from, the best fruits and veggies and lots of choices. The one in Hanover bums me out.

I love Trader Joe’s in Hanover, but I go out of my way to shop there on weeknights when it’s less busy. The usual daytime and weekend crowds make it very difficult to move about the store and get what you want, but the staff are always great and I’ve never been disappointed with their food! Heck, the Gummy Tummies candy is worth the trip alone! If only Panera would move to another spot so Trader Joe’s could expand!

I am a huge TJ’s fan — the frozen food section alone is worth a look and I am a coconut oil devotee and they have the lowest price anywhere for organic virgin oil. The staff is always friendly and helpful regardless of how crazy busy they are. All four stars are well earned. The only negative are the customers at this particular location. I can deal with a busy crowded store — hey we are all here because the place is great! What I have an issue with is the rude, impatient, put upon attitudes I tend to encounter at this store. I am not sure what it is about yuppies that makes them nasty if they have to wait their turn… But the staff stay chipper!

I always thought of Trader Joe’s as a moderately less expensive Whole Foods, when I should have been thinking of them as a Whole New Thing. Yes, the store is small. Yes, the store is crowded. Always. Unless there’s a Patriots game on. And yes, the selection is great, as are the prices, and the staff are terrific. They have excellent options for those who don’t eat meat, and for those who like the convenience of frozen foods; if you buy cases of sparkling water, you can call ahead and they’ll put them aside for you to save you the time of emptying their shelves; fresh flowers are always affordable, even on Valentine’s Day; and their staff are always willing to answer your inane questions, like, «when will you have pumpkin ravioli back in stock?» and, «Is Cookie Butter really just Trader Joe’s attempt at making America fatter?» You should check this place out.

Really, I haven’t reviewed this already? I wish I could make this my one-stop food shopping, though it is my default. The staff here is awesome, the selection pretty good, though the fresher stuff – like beef and fish – is less predictable. Fruits and veggies are also more seasonal, though they stock up on the staples(apples, oranges, potatoes, onions, peppers, etc.) Thanks to the samples, my kids have willingly tried new things they would be difficult about with me. The prices are noticeably less for name brands(like Annie’s mac & cheese) that cost more at Stop & Shop or Shaw’s. It does get pretty crazy here on the weekends, so plan accordingly.

This one is a lot less cramped then some other Trader Joe’s. Plus since it’s by the Hanover Mall there is plenty of parking(another problem with TJs). Great selection and friendly staff as usual. Produce was really fresh and pretty inexpensive.
