Staybridge Suites Atlanta Airport

Absolutely love this hotel. I love the way the rooms are set up like mini apartments with kitchen and all. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, we were here for two days over the Easter holiday and had an enjoyable stay in our suite. The full fridge and microwave came in handy for heating up left overs.
Unfortunately, the Saturday before Easter, some kid set off the fire alarm which caused the whole hotel to flood (which means we didn’t get our free breakfast). Hotel management was very kind when it came to the inconvenience (we were out of our rooms for at least an hour, and then left because we were basically ready).
Also, this hotel took a very long time to reward me my IHG points, I actually had to contact IHG to get my points.

We were forced to stay here due to layover. When we took the shuttle I didn’t think that this place was anything what I expected; it was so much nicer. The suite had everything a person who wants to stay longer. Our entire family, 3 people, stayed in the suite and it is very roomy. The bedroom had two queen beds and the living room had another pull out bed. If you need to take the shuttle back to the airport, it leaves every 30 minutes on the hour. I highly recommend this place.

Spent two weeks here, and it was a decent place. The rooms are well equipped, and clean. The free breakfast, and free Happy hours/​Dinners made the cost of the trip a little better. Since it’s by the airport there are lots of pilots and stewardess there.
The staff was cheerful and friendly. The only issue I had was that it rained most of the time, and being a smoker there was no place to go outside without getting wet.
It was interesting to see the old Paul Bunyan from the Paul Bunyan /​Lumberjack Café in Flagstaff, AZ. He now lives just down the street from the hotel, holding up a tire in front of a tire shop.

Avoid Staybridge Suites. They were rude, lied, and tried to steal from us, taking advantage of people in a bad situation.
A group of us were in Atlanta during the icepocolypse of January 2014, stranded at the airport, unable to get back home. I used
to find a hotel nearby, ultimately finding that Staybridge was one of the few with 5 rooms in the area.
I paid about $ 900 for the 5 rooms, then called the hotel to see if they had a shuttle. The woman at the front desk was very rude with me, telling me that they were completely sold out, and didn’t have a single room.
She was angry at
, saying that they were continuing to sell rooms that they didn’t have, though she didn’t need to be so rude to someone trying to patronize their business. I asked about the charge, and was told that I would not be charged, since they had no rooms. We ended up downtown, at a dumpy hotel, but at least had rooms for the night.
But, the charge did go through, and didn’t get refunded, so I called
. They apologized, and said that they’d get it reversed right away, and asked me to hold while they called the hotel to confirm.
The rep from
came on a few minutes later, and told me that the hotel confirmed we booked rooms, but that they were not oversold, and that we simply didn’t show. I was furious, but was told that there was nothing that
could do if Staybridge was sticking with their story.
The people at Staybridge Suites are rude, liars, and thieves. Of course, Amex will protect us on the charge, but shame on Staybridge for trying to rip people off during a tough time like that… I’m confident that they did that to a number of people, considering the desperate scramble for rooms as the airlines canceled everything.

Free happy hour with beer and wine from 5 – 730 as well as free food. Also free breakfast. Newer hotel built around 2009. No pool or hot tub though :-(

We booked here after a flight cancellation put us in Atlanta overnight. Brand new hotel. Very clean, comfortable and close to the airport with a frequent shuttle service. All staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Room is a suite — huge, very well appointed, and comfortable. Very nice breakfast buffet included with super coffee. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
