This store is a magnet for people with discriminating taste. This is not your bargain hunter’s dream. If quality it what you seek, you have come to the right place. The quality of their products are top notch. For me, it was love at first bite. It’s no surprise that they hire people who are passionate about their product. Jessica, the manager helped us. She is truly a foodie with a passion for creating amazing dishes She knows her products and provided cooking ideas that made my mouth water. After tasting so many different things, I knew I couldn’t go wrong by purchasing not one, but two of the mystery bags. Love, love, love, this place.

Love this place! The staff is super awesome, got a guy named Chad and a lady named Jessica(I think she was the manager) they made it super enjoyable and were very knowledgable. My girlfriend and I could have spent hours in there with them! They played a little game back in forth of seeing who we thought made the best mixes. P. S. Try anything that they want to mix. Trust me!

Pricey, but worth every penny if you’re serious about cooking. White truffle oil is fantastic, as is the smoked garlic olive oil. Jalapeño olive oil is delicious as well. I could easily spend hours browsing and hundreds of dollars in that little store. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love this place. I always get excited walking in here and sampling the combinations of different oil and vinegar pairings. The staff seems pretty knowledgeable and provide great flavor suggestions. Also, twice a year they put together awesome surprise bags of random goodies which you can purchase for prices between $ 20-$ 50, and the items you find inside are valued at well more than you pay. I purchased a $ 30 bag and just one of the many items that were included, a salt and herb grinder, was priced regularly at $ 15.95. It was like un-Christmas. Pick one up before they run out!

If you haven’t been here, now is the time! They have lots and lots of balsamics, oils and herbs. There are samples available and the staff is more than happy to give you tips and ideas as to new and creative ways to use their wares. You purchase a bottle and then fill up with the oil of your choice. I’m very partial to the rosemary olive oil. It has become a staple in our household. There are a variety of bottles in all shapes and sizes, both with screw tops and corks. I have one of each and they are both heavy glass and have cleaned easily in the dishwasher. Everyone is very helpful, so do not hesitate to ask for assistance. They had an amazing red pepper oil popcorn to sample and it was savory goodness! Can’t wait to replicate it at home. This is also a great place to pick up a useful gift for the foodie in your life. They will not be disappointed!

Most awesome place ever! Tons of unique oils, vinegars, herb blend pastes & olives to try! The staff here are wonderfully helpful and surprisingly not overbearing. Prices are very reasonable, from $ 4-$ 14 for 100ml(3.4oz) for the oil & vinegar. The only sucky thing is that you have to pay for the bottles. cheapest 100ml bottle is $ 2.95. The highlight of this place is definitely their truffle oils. They carry both black and white truffle oil. I recommend the white($ 14 for 100mls). Absolutely delicious. I can’t imagine what would happen to my taste buds if i paired the white truffle oil with some equally scrumptious lobster mac & cheese. Probably the best store at the Clackamas Mall. You MUST stop by!

They have a huge selection of vinegars and all are out for sampling. The prices are clearly marked and totally reasonable. Say for your average 250ml bottle you’d pay $ 10 – 15. You just tell them what you want and they fill your bottles. You can reuse bottles, so it’s not like they’re trying to make you buy new ones each time. They also have some other cooking items that you can’t find just anywhere, so although it’s not a huge store there is a lot to take in. They offer a free rewards program as well. What I liked the most was the surprise grab bags they have which range from $ 20 – 50. They guarantee at least double value inside. I love stuff like that so I thought I’d get one of the $ 20 bags. I expected close-out items, but it was all stuff that is currently on the shelves and not on clearance. There were 5 different items inside my bag. One cute pair of serving dishes and 4 other food items with an average range of about $ 10 each. So for $ 4 each, I felt like I got an amazing deal. I would definitely recommend and would tell anyone to go for a grab bag for sure.

Balsamic, balsamic, balsamic. It’s mainly what they sell. Infused vinegar of various flavors(most extremely sweet) at crazy prices. $ 40 a liter and up for most, that’s some damn pricy salad tossing. Oddly, their raspberry vinegar also tasted like balsamic, no idea what’s up with that. For the record, I have an honest-to-god vinegar collection in my kitchen, so I was pretty keen to come here and sample the tasty treats. Sadly, aside from the cool wall rack and nice retail displays, this place fell pretty short. The vinegars were good, but not THAT good. They do have oils and kitchen knick-knacks too, and it’s a pretty nice change for Clakamas town center, but still, I left feeling underwhelmed.
