I had come into the shop back in October looking for a wig to fit my wonder woman costume, the owner was very helpful and never pushy. I told her my budget and she worked with me, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable of like I had to buy something. During my visit, some ladies came in immediately touching and grabbing all the wigs, the owner asked them to be gentle and not try them on with out her, which I felt was understandable as the owner wants to keep things in great condition for those that are serious about buying. They yelled at her and ran off which was extremely rude. This shop has a great collecting and good service prices are fair and you do buy your money’s worth.

I walked into this store and the manager noticed I was of Russian decent. She rudly commented on my nationality and then immediately she told me that I was not able to try-​on any wigs without paying 10 $!! Which seems really unreasonable. She was very rude to me and I really felt discriminated against. Once I showed my concern for how I was being treated, she showed me the door. Unbelievable. Very unprofessional and might I even say racist.

Best wig store ever!!! Lauree, the owner, is super nice and treats you like a friend as soon as you walk in. She offers an amazing variety of hair pieces, wigs, falls, and accessories. I have been a long time customer for almost 10 years now! And even though I have now moved to California, I still go out of my way to give her a call for my favorite pieces. She ordinarily does not do orders over the phone nor run to the post office for customers but she does for me and would for you if you asked her to. What an amazing woman and she represents the customer service that is hard to find these days. Last time I ordered my hair piece, I told her it was for my honeymoon. One week later after receiving my product, she sent me a wedding card wishing me the best. Who does that!?! Lauree does! She makes you feel special and absolutely deserves an amazing review because of all she has done for me. Thank you Pony Express for making me look my best every day wherever I may be!!! :)
