I have been a sushi chef for over 10 years across the nation. I’ve lived in Honolulu, Hawaii and worked as a sushi chef for 5 years. Before I run my own business, I was an independent contractor of a Sushi Franchise for 5 years in Portland, Oregon. Then, I wanted to deliver restaurant quality Sushi at a food cart. That’s how we come to establish Wasabi Sushi PDX at Happy Valley Station.
