I would like to personally thank South Bay Storage for their exceedingly high level of service, understanding, tact, professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, and care. In addition, they have a very nice and spacious bathroom where you can tidy up after you’re done doing what you need to do. Store your stuff here and rest assured it will be well taken care of, as will you. Best storage facility within a 20 mile radius — at least, and a great value too.

A friend highly recommended this storage facility and I have to say it surpassed our expectations! The facility is clean and the staff is courteous and very helpful. Carmen Valles thank you for your patience (I have a 7year old with autism), professionalism and outstanding customer service! Moving is such a headache especially with a child with special needs. We had a large storage unit there for about seven years. The facility is secure, very clean and reasonably priced. The people in the office are knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. If I have the need for another storage unit in the future, I would definitely rent here again. If you are looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend South Bay Storage Center.

After dealing with a few storage centers, my friend referred me to South Bay Storage Center. They have a safe, clean and secure atmosphere. Their staff also goes beyond the call of duty to make sure that their customers leave happy.
Pros:
They offer a free truck rental for local use to help you move your stuff there.
Consistent monitoring of all units. They even double check the locks.
Most importantly, their staff shows great customer service. I think it’s important to trust a facility before storing my belongings with them.

I have to say, thank you thank you thank you.
I called because I was in a crunch. Time was not on my side. I called explaining my situation, when I did actually pull into the lot, she was helpful to the ‘T’
Other than this particular storage being on the higher end of it same family. I would have no problem continuing my rental. Living in the city, without a garage, has it faults (especially when you have more than you really should –shhh!)
Overall, for its neighborhood, local storage unit, I would recommend it. Easy in easy out. Bamb — now enjoy the purge of the ‘sitting, would love it stored elsewhere stuff’

This is the best storage center! Since I’ve moved all of my belongings into this place a month ago, they have been nothing but wonderful. Griselda has gone above & beyond & exceeded my expectations of great customer service. They have a very clean & wonderful facility that is very secure & well maintained. I will refer all of my friends & family to this place. All of the staff members are extremely friendly & helpful & always able to answer all of your questions/concerns.5 star treatment.

I had a unit for a couple months and would check on it regularly. I notice a couple of my items missing, asked to see the cameras and they wouldn’t help out at all. I found out the workers were all in on it, the would open the unit to let their friends take whatever they wanted. DO NOT USE THIER FACILITIES!!! I was able to get some things back but others I know I will never get back.

Make sure you reserve the truck, not just the unit! I called 5 days in advance to reserve my storage unit along with the truck and driver, but was told when I went to sign paperwork that the truck is «first come first serve» and was given away to another customer. They then told me there was nothing they could do.

I’m proud of this storage center (I can say «proud» because I’m the dutchess SAY WHAT). Jk in all seriousness though. I had a friend who stored at this center previously so it was a no brainer when I needed storage space I gave South Bay Storage a ring and that call was the last phone call I needed to make.
South bay storage has good service, is super clean and MIGHT I MENTION SAFE!
Your stuff is in a secure building, which is gated, in a cool area. What else can you ask for? Maybe a truck for an hour to move your stuff over to the unit? Indeed, South Bay Storage will provide you with a truck driver + truck (unlimited miles, I think??) He will not help you move stuff but hey no worries be happy! You have exactly one hour to unload… So do the smart thing. Unload the truck completely then start to make your trips up to the unit.

I just moved my stuff out of here, had it stored for about 6 months, we moved in quickly, they had a great promo at the time free truck use to get your stuff there and the first month free. That really helped out and made it easier to get into. Prices are reasonable, and I definately comparison shopped before bringing our stiff here. The facility is very clean, new and secure. We just picked up our stuff .with no problem at all. Staff is friendly and accomadating. Definately would use again or recommend to friends & family.

Really niiiiiiiiiice place! I have never moved before so this is the first time i need storage, i walked in there not knowing what I needed but the staff was nice enough to show me different sizes and options right there in the office! First month was free and the whole process took about 15min. They pretty much took care of everything which is great cuz moving is stressful enough!
