We were referred to this place by Glenn at National Towing in Bluffton, SC. We were traveling to spend the weekend at one of the resorts in Hilton Head and we spent more than two hours on Hwy. 278 waiting for a tow truck. Even after a highway patrolman contacted Franklin’s, they said they were on the way and we waited for at least another hour before a gentleman showed up in a CAR! After more than three hours, we are back on the road. This has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I called Glenn back to let him know the type of service he referred and he was very apologetic. Hopefully, we won’t need any automobile services in this area again. A BIG THANKS for the kind highway patrolman who was off duty!
