I came here last minute for a glass plaque I needed the same day. They were able to accommodate me even though they said they had a big order going on. I went in and the salesperson helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I still didn’t know what to write so him and another worker helped me figure out something that sounded nice. I was impressed by their patience, I did not feel rushed at all even though I was being indecisive. They had it ready in less than three hours. When I went to pick it up I did notice a grammar mistake but they fixed it quickly and I was on my way.
Overall, great customer service! I will definitely come back here again for any of my award needs and I’d recommend them to anyone.

I do not recommend having work done here. I had an expensive item engraved and when I saw I said it was crooked. The person working there told me they were matching some nearby text. I looked again and thoughts maybe but I don’t think so. The man working there measured it and said it is right on the money. I took a straight edge to the bottom and measured both ends. It was off slightly and I showed him. I said «I understand there is nothing we can do about it.» I took the risk in engraving an expensive piece. The part that upset me was when he said «I think you are looking at it too closely. There is nothing I can do, but if you came in here for a discount I can see what I can do, but.» The said truth is we spend money engraving things so people can look at them. If it looks bad it is bad in the engraving business. In my opinion this place is not worth the risk.
