Our parent company, First National Bank Texas has provided Texans outstanding banking services since 1901. Thousands of military families, veterans and reservists have been able to realize the Great American Dream of home ownership through FCM. Since then, thousands of homeowners have trusted FCM for one of the biggest financial decisions in their lives.

In 2009 our employees helped close 1170 home loans worth more than $ 166 million. In most cases we can process loans within (24 to 48 hours) after the initial application.

Meet the Manager

Samantha S.

Manager

Samantha received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Hardin-​Baylor and went on to pass the CPA exam.

Samantha believes that her title is more than just words. She truly does help her clients plan the mortgage that will work best for their needs. By first determining what they hope to accomplish from their mortgage, she then provides them with a variety of options that will help them meet their goals. Having been in the mortgage industry for nine years, Samantha truly understands the different programs and how to help her clients. Her advice is only enhanced by her education and experience in personal finance.

Samantha is also committed to keeping in touch with clients beyond closing in order to keep them informed of current market trends and help them determine the right time to refinance, purchase an investment property or a new home.
