John Reider was able get my house rented in one week. Their knowledge of the local real estate market enabled me to get a good rental income rate for my home. This is my second time I worked with John Reider Properties. I recommend anyone in the Killeen & Harker Heights area to allow them assist you in your rental property needs.

Left the apartment in flawless condition and like the other reviews say, they nickel and dimed the entire security deposit. Reference photo. So much for cleaning and taking care of the place.

If I could give no stars I would. Stayed with a rental managed by this company for a year and it was a nightmare. Not only did I have to fix most issues myself but they require you to get four different professional cleaning services so you are better off just giving them your security deposit.
