A & M Nursing Services, LLC (Agency) is a home health agency which was founded in September of 2005. The office is located in the industrial zone of Harlingen at 302 W. Adams Ave. The Agency provides a centralized location for their target service area, which includes Cameron, Hidalgo and Willacy Counties. It is owned and operated by Roland and Mary Flores. A & M Nursing Services, LLC currently serves home-​bound patients with a staff of 12 employees. We have been licensed since March of 2006, and Medicare certified since April of 2008.

As a graduate from Pan American University (UT-​Pan Am) in 1982, Mary passed her State Board Exam and received her RN License that same year. After 2 years of hospital settings, Mary moved to the home health arena, desiring the more intimate patient/​nurse relationship. During the past 30 years, Mary dutifully assumed and excelled in all phases of home health procedures and requirements — from Field Nurse to Director of Nursing, while working for only a handful of home health agencies; and to this day continues to commit to the welfare of her patients as her main priority. Her patients, the medical community, and even Medicare/​Medicaid personnel that Mary has dealt with throughout her career can attest to her integrity, morals, and servitude. A & M Nursing Services, LLC is blessed to have a proven leader in Mary, who gives all honor and glory to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
