Meet the Business Owner

Amanda B.

Business Owner

have always experienced a deep connection to animals. Growing up, I knew that one day I wished to have a home full of many species, not knowing that this desire could translate into a career! Sidetracked from my true calling I graduated from Hunter with a major in Sociology, minor in philosophy. Before, during and after I held a number of jobs in high end catering, working with a cast of hundreds to serve a myriad of famous and talented persons.

Amanda has donated over 400 hours to charities dealing with animals. This inclues six months of almost exclusively volunteering at a shelter in Flagstaff, AZ. She is currently a Vice President of Peace4Paws– charity which raises money to help animals that have been rescued from research laboratories.

She trained under Steve Diller of Westchester. Steve is a trainer with almost 40 years in the business. For months, Amanda worked and studied with Mr. Diller in his Center for Applied Animal Behavior in Elmsford, NY.
