Established in 1906.

Gus Frank started the building business in 1906. In 1921 Gus built the first office building in Harrington Park known as the Bluefield building. It housed his office, the town post office, a confectionary store and the Borough hall on the second floor. After the depression, Gus concentrated mostly on real estate. Andy took over the business, after WW2, building post war single family custom homes throughout the Northern Valley area. Bob started working summers while in high school and college in the 60s. After college he started working full time, learning the business. While new house construction was still good we realized that available property for building was shrinking so we started renovations and additions. Tom Neithardt joined the company in the late 70s and is now a partner. Today we are mainly a residential contractor specializing in additions, remodeling, renovations and new house construction.
