They’re good, depending on who you are.
I’m decent with cars but need a mechanic occasionally, and when I’ve gone to Ciborts, they’ll talk it out with me, show me the issue, give me the removed parts, etc.
But, when I sent my girlfriend there, she came back with a ridiculous bill. Though she came in to get something with her wheel fixed, they replaces (and charged) her for windshield wipers. They didn’t install the new part correctly (was making noise), and the total bill was about $ 10 more than the items added together.
I went in with her bill and they gave me $ 10 back and fixed their work without extra charge, but they still took advantage of her.
