NB Liebman Furniture Showcase

i liked their furniture selection, I liked their prices and their staff until we paid for it. Then it was radio silence. We were told it could be up to 90 days but that it often came faster than that. I even would have been ok with the wait if we had been better communicated with.
Instead, I am not getting ANY updates. When I called the store the FIRST time, I was told that only the manager could check on my order that it wasn’t «in the system». Fine… but no call. Call #2, no return call. Call #3, I got transferred to the other store and complained about the situation and got a call back… but was told that she was «checking’ with the manufacturer and would call me back. That was 3 ½ weeks ago and I have not heard a thing.
I would have been ok with the wait if I it was more clearly spelled out. It feels like I was given a better outlook to get the sale. They make you pay for it in full with NO incentive for expedited order status or follow up.
Despite liking the selection and prices, I will NOT be back. Ever.

We liked NB Liebman, They seemed to have a broader selection of furniture and the prices were in line with Goodes and Wolf’s Furniture.
