Friendly local garage that doesn’t overcharge or perform services you don’t need or didn’t ask for.
However, you need to bug them and check on the status of your vehicle; they’re not very good at calling you to let you know it’s done. I Über-​ed to and from work two days more than I needed to. When I called in to check on my vehicle (trying not to be that guy that bugs the shop every day with «is it done yet?» only to find out it was done two days ago.
Update Jan 2016: They’ve gotten way better at contacting you when your vehicle is done!

Absolutely horrible quality work! I took my ’98 Volvo there to get the evaporator replaced which cost roughly $ 1,000. Less than a year later, I moved to Arizona. The heater box broke and now the AC blows luke-​warm air. The technician who now works with my car said that the mechanic who replaced the evaporator did «an extremely poor job and messed up/​tampered with the heat system in the process.»
Now I’m paying another $ 1000 to get it fixed.
For the high cost of labor and the poor quality of work, take your money somewhere else.

took my Porsche in to get alignment. great work, and excellent customer service. It was quite off before, now its smoother and does not eat the side. They also give a print out of before and after. In CA paid over 200 and got a flat tire the next day. Went to court, got my money back but it was such a waste of time.
