Party Horizons

Been going here for years… prices are good and they always have everything you need.

I am a regular customer at Party Horizons but after today experience, i am gonna put Party Horisonz on my «Never Shop Here Anymore! & Not Recommended Store» list.
Today i had the worst experience ever, store manager /​owner (can not tell because no name tag) very rude, im just try to return a crayon that is 2 $ more expensive than other store for the same exact item.
The manager refused to refund and accusing me for trying to get my refund.
Party Horizons really worst place to go for your party supply, they charges higher price ($ 0.50 — $ 2.00 higher /​item, if you getting bulks like 10 packs you will pay $ 5 — $ 20 more, ridiculous) for exact items compare to other store (it is not only happened once but already few times happened to my purchases and they don’t do price match, which they do not bother to inform the customers about)
This store do not deserves any star at all… trying to support local business but this one not deserves any supports at all…
I hope anyone who thinking of getting the party supplies from this store should be more careful and if don’t mind with their rudeness and «hideous» price tags.

Although they did not have exactly what I was looking for, the staff was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions.

The owner is really rude, NOT KID friendly I was going to spend over $ 200 on kids birthday party coming up this week. Instead I will support party box. We tried to support a local business but places like this deserve to go out of business. My 3yr old daughter was playing with a toy that was at her hight and this old lady screamed at her and told her don’t touch the toys. That’s when I made up my mind and left the store. This place deserves negative stars !

This place is horrible!!! The customer service ridiculous… They should just close there doors for good.
