History

Established in 1986.

Sallye Trobaugh, an award winning Virginia real estate broker, began serving the area in customized real estate listing and sales, based on clients goals in 1986. As an Ethics and Professional Standards instructor, a mediator and published author on those subjects the company felt the public needed a brokerage that would make the process educational and easier.

Each year we won more awards for our care and consideration of clients, using the latest technology and skills. With 30 years of experience we are here to serve you.

Business Owner

Graduate of Horizon Flight School I worked as a Commercial Pilot until returning to Virginia to run the family residential construction business, Trobaugh Builders, Inc. In 1983 licensed as a Virginia Real Estate agent I began this career. In 2013, as a Broker, I launched Trobaugh Group, LLC Real Estate Consultants. I am a mediator and a published author on Mediation Competencies and articles on dispute resolution. I am an Ethics Instructor for Virginia, Mediator, and Professional Standards Chair for the Harrisonburg Rockingham Association of Realtors. Having trained hundreds of agents and recieved numerous awards, I am considered a most experienced ethical agent with client service as the hallmark of all my business endeavors. I champion Mercy House of Harrisonburg, still fly and love watercolor painting.
