I’ve ordered twice from here and both times the service was as expected. The people I’ve gotten on the phone have been friendly and courteous. Supposedly they’ve been around for almost 70 years, as a family-​operated business. There is nothing less than $ 30 on their website (
) and all items include same-​day, free delivery.

My boyfriend ordered my Valentine’s Day flowers two weeks in advance and paid to have them delivered to my place of work the day BEFORE Valentine’s Day. They weren’t delivered. The next day– Valentine’s Day– they still hadn’t arrived. Finally, at 5:15– after we were already closed and I should have been gone from the building– I got a frantic phone call from a delivery lady trying to find my place of business. The surprise was totally ruined; I called my boyfriend all confused and he explained that he had ordered them weeks ago and specified Feb 13th delivery.
So, I stayed late at work. The driver finally got here close to 6 p.m. and simply said «sorry sweetie» as she handed me my bouquet and ran back to her car. There was no apology from the company, absolutely no communication to my boyfriend or any attempt to make it right and offer a discount or a simple explanation as to why they royally screwed up this order, made with plenty of advance notice, ON THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF THE YEAR FOR A FLORIST.
I would not recommend them to anyone for an important occasion based on my experience. The only positive thing I can say is that the arrangement was nice, once the surprise was totally ruined and they finally arrived two days late.
