Encountered a snobby «sales associate» that ran me out of the store thinking I couldn’t afford their glasses, supposedly because I entered wearing jeans and a ski coat. She tried to make fun of my current glasses (which cost $ 700+), saying «what are these? ready-​made or something?» and just generally gave me a snarky attitude. When I told her I was leaving, she laughed at me.
What she doesn’t know is that I’m a successful musician who was in Hartford on tour and was ready to spend several hundred dollars on another pair of designer glasses. THEIR LOSS!
Avoid this snotty store! They may not want your business!
