Launch Trampoline Park

We tried this place out for an alternative to going to bouneU. This place is average. The place has only 5 things to do relating to trampolines. There is the foam pit, main bouncing area, some basketball dunk thing which was not too amusing, and then some dodgeball thing. The rules are strict regarding to how you bounce on the trampolines. The thing I will give it is the generous time given.
Verdict:
I would give this place a two but the mix of the above average arcade and the exceptional service bumped it up to a decent three. I would recommend you to go if it is a rainy day or if you have younger children. I would rather you go to BounceU which I mentioned before.

Took my middle daughter for a birthday party and stayed with older daughter and younger son to bounce for an hour then play arcade games. Well supervised, organized, and pretty clean considering usage on a Friday. Staff was friendly too. Fun family night out!

I had a lot of hopes for this place. We planned a trip here with a university group. We reserved time several days ahead, and arrived to see that the place was packed with a bunch of other groups and parties. It took a long time for us to wait in line and check in, and the employees seemed like they didn’t know how to best handle a big group.
The space to actually jump wasn’t big enough to accommodate everyone. You’d think they’d limit how many people can jump in a certain timeframe. If there already is a limit, the number should probably be reconsidered, because there were too many people to fit into their jumping space all at once.
At one point, a toddler peed in the little kids’ trampoline area, and the employees didn’t do much to direct people away from stepping in it, and to clean it up they just used paper towels with no disinfectant or cleaner with it.
Our group advisor went to talk to the employees at the front desk, who were very vague and unhelpful, and when she asked to talk to a manager, she waited for an hour for the manager to come out of the office. And in the end, our advisor’s issues and questions were not resolved or answered.
I wouldn’t recommend and won’t go back.

I had a wonderful time here. I brought my two daughters and two nieces. Ages between 9 – 13. They had a blast, left tired and sweaty. We came on a Saturday at 5.
I recommend going to their website and reserving and paying for your jump time in advance. You print your tickets. I also filled out the waiver online ahead of time and also printed copies for my sister-​in-​law to sign for my nieces. When we got there, we were 3^rd in line, average time to check each group in seemed to be about 5 minutes (all decent size groups)… When it was our turn, all she had to do was scan everything, it was quick and painless. I do recommend getting there 20 – 30 minutes before your jump time to allow check in and shoe/​sock changes and stuff like that. I found every employee to be perfectly nice, smiling and helpful. All the kids in my party had a blast and can’t wait to go back. Be prepared and read the rules and your visit will be perfectly pleasant!
Updated to add: we also brought our own lock, lockers are free, brought my own combo lock… Definitely the way to go!

Place really needs to get their processes down. We purchased a time block online in advance as recommended and showed up over 20 minutes in advance. We walked in and were greeted with a snaking line to to door. There were no signs to direct people so we just did what everybody else did, wait in line. And wait in line, and wait in line. For almost 40 minutes. There were between 2 and 3 cashiers working during this time. Everyone in line around me was pretty upset by the time we reached the counter. Kids don’t stand in line for 40 minutes. When I got to the counter the women said our waivers were expired and we would need to fill them out again. My statement to her was this is the type of thing that has people waiting in line for 40 minutes.
They need to have meeting and review there processes and post some signage to avoid this. I spoke to the GM while I was there and she just shrugged it off and said «well it’s busy»
Note to owners. People walked in and Walked back out multiple times during this fiasco. You are losing customers. I will not go back.

Daughter attended a birthday party here. Place was clean, organized, well run, and all the employees I talked to were very friendly. Kids had a great time. Music was at a tolerable level.

I would of loved to have gave this place a great review, however my experience wasn’t all what I expected. The place was nice and awesome for the kids. My only complaint is with one of the employees who watch to make sure everyone is safe. He made me feel very uncomfortable because he watched me the whole time as I watch my children jump. I noticed him watch as if he was waiting for me to do something wrong so he could blow his whistle at me. He thought I was about to jump with someone when I wasn’t an blew his whistle at me which I did not appreciate. Not to mention he had a attitude all over his face as if he hated his job. I would think in a place where there is lots of children he would be more pleasant.

Rude employees. Shady part of town. You are not allowed to jump with your kids. The attendant whistles at you if you sit down or get close to your own child. I felt very disrespected.
The facilities are subpar and mainly geared toward young children. Instead of continuous lanes there are many small mats with bars between them that limit how much safety there is do make movements. Mainly you are limited to staying in one spot while moving rather than moving in a line which really cuts down on how much fun you can have.

Came here yesterday for a kids party and had a blast!!! This us my first time hearing about a trampoline place.
The space is huge! There are lockers for your personal belongings and you can rent locks at the counter. A waiver must be signed by everyone who plans to jump. I paid $ 14 to jump for an hour and was given an admission bracelet.
I jumped and jumped. It was sooo much fun! A total workout. I was sweating and my heart was beating a million times an hour. There’s an area for open jumping, an area for dodge ball, a kiddie area for small children, and a basketball area. There’s a sitting area that overlooks the trampoline area so you can let your kids run wild!
There are also concession stands.
There is a separate area for birthday parties. They dress up tables and serve pizza and soda. The pizza was «blah». You bring your own cake. They have a mouse mascot named Joey that amps the kids up.
Overall it was a good time! The next time I’m in ct I will come back!!!

I took my two kids to the exciting trampoline park.
The only problem was that every time I went there they had me resign wavier all over again. But my kids enjoyed it and that’s all that’s madders.
They should have you sign it one time and the computer should automatically remember it.

Too ghetto.
You would think that they would be playing dance music and getting the kids energize though they’re playing straight ghetto hip-​hop rap that’s even too hard for our hip-​hop station that we have in Connecticut to play no idea why I’m here someone needs to open one up in Rocky hill…

You will have blast if you are coming to release your inner child, or like me you are coming to tire out your kids.
Price was reasonable for what you get, there are several different sections so you will see little ones separated from the bigger kids.
The Foam pit is a blast… good luck climbing out.
There are several different trampoline activities and sections like dodge ball and the basketball hoops.
Really good location right off the highway at the Brainard exit. Plenty of Parking.

Awesome place to go if you’re an adult who is looking to bring out their inner child! I can’t even remember the last time I jumped on a trampoline and was a little nervous for my return to the trampoline… I survived!!! And, boy, was it so much fun!!! So worth the $ 7 per 30 minutes which we stayed an hour but I would have been satisfied with only 30 minutes… it’s quite the workout. They do have workout classes available and I think there is a deal for the first visit.
My only feedback is that the process to pay /​sign the waiver is time consuming. We had a group of about 6 and it felt like it took forever to complete the process.

There was a variety of different trampoline activities to do over the hour that we were there and was worth the cost of $ 14. While we were easily probably the only adults there without kids, this place was fun.
It is amazing how much energy it takes to bounce on a trampoline for an hour! It got HOT. I would suggest that they either crank the A/​C or invest in some heavy duty fans to cool the place down.

The foam pit aside, this place is great! The foam cubes tend to eat your socks of they’re not stapled to your feet.
The trampoline areas are outstanding. My 3yo son and I went here a few weeks ago for Toddler Time on a Friday and had a blast. He was hesitant at first but warmed up to the idea of jumping around like an animal for two hours.
By the end, he was exhausted, I was sweating, and he obviously cried because we had to leave.
Planning on another trip real soon.

First, do not purchase a gift card for this business. If you receive a gift card, do not bother trying to use it on their website. My son received the gift card as a Christmas gift. There are limited slots for each time period so it is highly recommended that you make a reservation before you arrive. You have to do that on their website and you have to pre-​pay. The website would not accept the gift certificate. My wife and I tried calling for over an hour and finally gave up. We booked the reservations and paid with our credit card assuming we could just get a refund and pay with the gift certificate once we got there.
When we arrived the person at the counter said «we don’t give refunds». I told her I wasn’t looking for a refund, I wanted to transfer the charge from the credit card to the gift certificate. She tried getting a hold of a manager for over 10 minutes without success (while the line grew behind us). When the manager got there, she confirmed that the card was valid, but she couldn’t get her system to accept the card. She also gave me the «We don’t give refunds» line. I explained to her that she sold a gift certificate that didn’t work and that they don’t answer their phones. What were we supposed to do? Drive there and just hope there were slots available on a Saturday afternoon? After about 10 minutes of the manager trying to get the card to work, she left to go to a back office. When she came back she was able to put the transaction through.
I then went to rent a locker. You pay $ 5.32 for a lock and get $ 3 back when you return the lock. When I gave the gift certificate to her to pay, it didn’t work. She called for the manager. I got tired of waiting. I took the kids things and went and waited for them to finish.
The venue itself is nice. My son and his friend (14yrs old) said they thought it was a little better than the trampoline park in New Britain. There were kids of every age split up so the big kids didn’t squash the little ones.
If the staff seemed even a little apologetic about the episode I would give this place a second chance. They didn’t. My kids will be going to Vault in New Britain from now on.

Took my son here over Christmas break… Apparently, a similar (differently owned and operated) place opened in New Britain, but this spot is much closer to where we live in Wethersfield. Seemed like the thing to do on a cold December day when outdoor activities were limited. Location is on Brainard Road… Not exactly a spot known for its commercial attraction. You’re more likely to find warehouses and other industrial buildings here, but it makes sense to set up shop as you basically need a warehouse space for all those trampolines. They smartly emblazoned both sides of the building with their logo, so you should be able to find once you are in the area.
When you arrive, you will find a very noisy, crazy scene. There were easily over 100 kids hooting and hollering in a warehouse with no noise suppression. You will also find a very clean and modern place as well. Lots of staff on premises to keep some semblance of order. You can buy your ‘tickets’ online, but I highly recommend just showing up and buying onsite. For one, there may be a special going on that you cannot take advantage of by purchasing online. And two, there doesn’t appear to be any issue with getting in at whatever time you show.
Once you are in, it’s a crazy and exhausting time. For parents wondering, it’s perfectly acceptable to get in on the fun (providing you buy a ticket) or to sit back in designated areas and watch your little ones bounce. I took the plunge and thought it was awesome… If you are looking for some fun exercise, this will definitely fit the bill… I was tuckered out after my 60 minutes. There is a standard bounce area, a foam pit that you can springboard into, and 2 dodgeball areas… I was surprised at how most areas were suited well for everyone from 4 — 50 years old. I had concerns that all of the different ages would result in some of the younger ones getting hurt, but everything just worked for both young and old…
Outside of that, they have an arcade like area and food court. Standard kid stuff (popcorn, sodas, fast food) and chance to win tickets for kids toys. All good I guess… Wish they didn’t hit you with it on the way in and out… but get why they set it up that way.
Tips:
Before you go, head over to their website and fill out the waiver form online. Will take you 5 –10 minutes and actually save you the time that you would have to wait around to use their onsite computer terminals to do the same thing. Once you do it remotely, you will get an email in 2 minutes confirming they received and you can go straight to the ticketing counter. When I went, it was crazy busy and I would have waited 15 minutes just to fill out the waiver.
Dress light (or layer) if you plan to bounce. Don’t wear a sweater like me or you’ll be sweating like crazy. The smart ones come dressed in athletic garb. If you have socks with grips, bring those. Or you can buy from them. Not that you absolutely need it, but will help… those trampolines are kind of slippery! I made do without, so no worries.
Foam Pits — For an adult, they are fun to jump into… but be warned… they are a pain to get out of…
