We deliver results to our clients via our Loyalty Rewards kiosk and text messaging. The loyalty kiosk serves as our data collector, while text messages serve many uses, for instance: sending «spur of the moment» broadcasts to drive customers in on a slow day, sending automated messages based on periods of time since the customer’s last visit, and messages that notify customers when a reward is earned or redeemed. History

Established in 2013.

Great Lakes Rewards kicked off in December 2013. Our territory consists of Livingston county, Grand Blanc, Fenton and Whitmore lake. We also have customers in Oakland county that have multiple locations. We have been active in the Hartland and Brighton chambers. Sue is currently an Ambassador for both chambers. Our Parent company that we purchased the business territory started in 2009. Currently we are in 200 markets, thousands of business and have 4.5 million subscribers in North America.
