False advertising as a run flat tire installer. Strung me out for couple of weeks waiting for appointment only to call me on the day I dropped off the vehicle that they are scared to install run flats without damaging the wheels. I was clear they were run flat during making the appointment they even confirmed they had the right machine to install them.
All in all, I am glad they called before doing the deed, but if you’re scared doing these kind of installations why are you advertising it as such.
Not very friendly and apologetic either. The attitude was «I don’t want to get into an argument with you, just take your car back».
I so wanted to make it work because I value supporting a local business especially a family owned one but I am forced to give my money to a dealer. You just can’t win in this business as a consumer. I am still hoping to find a good mechanic that can take care of me for the long haul. No joy here :(
