Mt. Fuji to Hartsdale in 60 Years

In 1983, teaming up with fellow Saito Family members from Takesushi and Kurumazushi, Tony seized his moment and pioneered the Sushi movement into Westchester County. Azuma Sushi became the first restaurant to gain approval from the Department of Health as an exclusive sushi restaurant.
For the past 30 years, Tony has been serving the Finest Traditional Edo-mae sushi in the Hudson Valley. To this day, he continues to greet each patron that walks through the doors of Azuma, located in Hartsdale, NY.
