Steve Sules – State Farm Insurance Agent

Wonderful Agency. Everyone in this office is friendly and helpful. They are a pleasure to deal with. If you do have an issue with your home or car, you will be glad you are dealing with State Farm. Their service in paying claims and answering questions is the best.

We were shopping around for a new home insurance quote and got the best quote from the State Farm website. Upon getting the quote we were referred to the Steve Sules franchise and gave them a call to sign up and seal the deal.
When we initially called up, we were told the quote was no longer valid, and in fact, it was $ 10 more per month. When I inquired why, they asked that I forward the email with the original quote so that they could check into it. A few moments later, I was sent a pdf file which reflected the higher rate… and no explanation whatsoever.
I was thinking that maybe something was lost in communication, so I followed up with an email a few days later. At this point I was still committed to signing up, but before doing so, I wanted a simple explanation as to why there was a price discrepancy. Pretty reasonable right? Money is money. Unfortunately, they just resent the pdf with the higher quote and left me hanging.
I let the matter sit for a week+ and then decided to revisit it once again. By this point I was getting pretty fed up with them, but their price was competitive and I still wanted the deal, So, I sent off another email, reiterating what I wrote previously; please explain why your quote was higher than what State Farm gave me. This time they didn’t even bother to send the pdf. No reply at all after 3 days and counting.
So to recap: after 2 weeks and 3 contact attempts, Steve Sules office has yet to give me even a basic explanation as to why their quote was higher than the original State Farm quote.
The difference in price may be totally legitimate or, who knows, maybe it’s a bait and switch. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing, because their staff has decided to be discourteous and blow off my very simple question over and over and over.
Today I am giving up on Steve Sules and can do nothing but question the integrity and reliability of his office.

They are so very helpful. Ive had the pleasure of doing business with Steve and Kathy. Both always professional and on-​point. My family has run a business in Westchester for nearly 20 years, and we insure all the company cars as well as all of our personal cars, homes, etc through this agency. They are perfect. I can’t think of a reason why I would go anywhere else (Actually, if youve never had a regular insurance contact, you might want to shop around by price, but after that, other things are more important than saving a couple dollars). Highly recommended.
I was renting a car out of state for the first time, and I read on the internet that many people’s regular insurance covers car rentals. I asked Steve about this by email, and he provided a very thorough and well organized reply breaking everything down for me, and ultimately saving me that money.
