I was the lead technician and manager of Chiphead Computer Solutions in Madison, AL for years. I discovered that all my customers were referrals, or return customers, so after making a variety of people money, I decided it was time to switch to a home based, fully service oriented business.

After years of being an enthusiast in the world of computers. I had my right knee crushed in an automobile accident. After 15 years as a commercial and industrial painter I was thankful to have the skills to fall back on.(No need for a painter who cant do ladder work…) I began working on occasion for Chiphead Computer Soultions in 2009 and never looked back. Realized that retail sales was pointless in the big box store world of today so I concentrated on service. Diagnostics aren’t determined based on what I have to sell you. And if I believe your system wouldn’t please you I will recommend a replacement based on reliability and durability, not sales incentives or quotas. I quicky rose to lead technician and manager and had wonderful ratings to reflect that. Finally decided that due to my established clients and word of mouth, It was time to strike out on my own… l I
