Vince’s Italian Restaurant

Wow the pasta is always made to perfection. It is some of the best Italian food around that area. Always had a great experience going there, never a disappointment. Highly recommended !

This place is just gross now! It used to be good I’ve been ordering pizza form this place for years and it sucks now, pizza is super thin sauce sucks cheese sucks fries always get delivered soggy and cold, and their prices are higher then most! I don’t know what these guys did but this place sucks now bad! Will not be ordering from here ever again!!!

I’m usually here once a week. I’ve tried most of the Italian restaurants in the immediate area. Hands down Roco Vino aka Vince is the best. Moderately prices with exceptional service and food.

Great food, great service and huge portions sizes (you will have leftovers!). If your confused when you pull up, the name of the restaurant has changed to Rocco Vino’s, the Vince’s sign is still on the side of the building, and the pizza is still served as Vince’s. They refill your bread basket as it gets low, you will go through it (especially the focaccia), and almost all meals come with soup or salad. Great dining for anything from a date to a big group dinner. Almost every time I have been here there is some sort of party going on in their party rooms.

Fantastic. Great atmosphere. Then the food came. Soup was wonderful. Steak was perfect. Adding to that the service by Stephanie was 5 star

I had a taste for italian food and I was in the neighborhood and Googled Italian restaurant’s near me… so Vince’s poped up… I had the seafood risotto substituted risotto for fettuccine which was very good, and my wife had a mushroom white sauce over penne pasta. Both dishes where very good… I’ll definitely be back.

Overall really good Italian food! I’ve been ordering from here my whole childhood. They’ve remodeled the whole place and it looks really good! Overall I enjoy coming here.

I first had Vince’s at a catered event, and I was immediately hooked. Their bruschetta and vodka sauce pasta was out of this world. Just recently I went back for lunch and had a great experience. I had the bruschetta appetizer to start. For lunch I had the Steak Salad. The steak was exceptional and the vinaigrette was delicious as well but the actual salad (lettuce, vegetables, etc.) was mediocre. The waitstaff was professional and kind. Overall would definitely recommend if you are in the area, don’t be deterred by the exterior — that entire area is currently under construction !!

My go-​to place for delivery pizza. But one get one half off! Their Vinces special pizza is my favorite.
I’ve also eaten inside for lunch many times and never been disappointed with the food. Its always perfectly cooked and seasoned, as in not so salty I’m drinking a gallon of water after!
Parking is large but the drivers in the community aren’t the best– I will leave it at that. But that’s not the residents fault.

This place was great! We found out it was close to us and had good reviews online. The people were really great and the food was even better. The pasta dishes are large, so come hungry or share. Hope to be back soon!

I love Vinces. I have become a regular despite the 25 mile drive from my home. The food, service and atmosphere are all worth it!

Today was the fifth time in the past year that my family had dinner at Vince’s. This is one of the best places for delicious homemade Italian food with fantastic service in all of Chicagoland area. Each time we have dinner here we are not disappointed. Absolutely delicious food with huge portions. You will love this place!

This place really impressed me, food was absolutely delicious, service was great, our waitress was very friendly and nice, and we didn’t even have to wait that long, even for a pizza!

I had a great time at Vince’s as I have had so many times before. Our server was Nevena, and she is as sweet as a Georgia peach! She’s from Serbia and has a very pleasant approach to satisfying her customers. She’s prompt and always greets with a wonderful smile. ;) [Daum…she’s pretty too!] *;*
The tie she was wearing was colorful! It stood out in contrast to her darker uniform.
Last night it was a chance to take the neighbors out for dinner since they helped my aunt with her landscaping I figured I would treat. There were six of us including two children. They have a kiddy menu for children. One had BBQ Ribs and the other had spaghetti. They both seemed to love their food. Especially the young boy who cleaned the rib bones better than I could!
I had a NY Strip Steak and it tasted OUT of this world! I didn’t use any sauces. There was no way I was going to spoil the taste of that finely cooked piece of meat by putting anything on it. The meat was tender, and it tasted flame cooked, but I didn’t ask.
My meal came with veggies and minestrone soup. I have had that before and it’s always good.
Everyone enjoyed their meals and we had a nice time chatting. They took our reservation over the phone about an hour before we arrived and they had a table available for us.
For dessert, we had a combo of ice cream and cheesecake. They dressed the cheesecakes up one with caramel and the other with strawberries. As always, their desserts taste very good.
We have already begun discussing another trip to Vince’s.
It was that good.

OK, OK… it would be untruthful to write that there is not one item on their menu that I don’t like. I really don’t care about pizza that is thicker than thin. That’s pretty much for any place except the joints best known for serving up Chicago Style Deep Dish. Needless to say, I have their numbers on speed dial.
Besides, Vince’s is actually a sitdown Italian restaurant so pizza is usually not the first thing that comes to mind when my boyfriend says he wants to call in an order. I know I said we’re a big fan of their Pasta dish but I found a new favorite tonight. The Chicken alla Vince’s and Chicken Risotto.
They are two different dishes but they’re great to order together and split them. I can’t even describe to you how good the Chicken alla Vince’s is but it’s one we’ll be ordering more often.

One thing I can say is, you won’t leave here hungry. Good food, good staff, good times. We had a reservation at 7:00pm for a party of 6, think it was almost 10:00pm when we left.

A little disappointed today, our food came out cold and the portions were much less than a week ago.

New Years Eve. I had reservations at 6:30 p.m. I arrived with my brother and sister in law. Let me say I have spent the last 12 years at Vince’s and I don’t go to restaurants to nit pick. There was a 15 minute delay before being seated but, as crowded as it was, that’s understandable.
I ordered a small mushroom pizza and my bro and sis ordered pasta dishes. My pizza came out and looked really good. I have ordered it before. Of course I waited for the others entrees to be served. There in lied a 24 minute gap. When finally their entrees were served my pizza was a bit tepid. I informed the server that all the food should have been served at the same time. He said he was sorry and did abosolutley nothing about it. It was to say the least awful service. I told my brother to leave no tip. He ignored me and left a 15% tip. Usually on New Years Eve he leaves 25 to 30% tip.
My last New Years Eve at Vince’s…The previous owner ran the place much better. :-(

I have been coming to this place for years now…
I used to work in this strip mall so I’ve had many «to go» orders from this place, both lunch food, and pizza. Both are pretty great.
This past year we had dinner there for Christmas Eve and a few years ago as well. My parents don’t exactly venture out much for restaurants, so this is one of their few «go to» places when they dine out as they still live in the area, and I do not.
There is always plenty of parking here, and the service is always great, and quick.
As for our last Christmas Eve dinner, we had a reservation… the place wasn’t too crowded, and the bill for 6 people was under $ 200, and that included a few glasses of wine. The pasta everyone ordered was fantastic. You also get bread and foccaccia bread upon sitting down, we also ordered a few appetizers, those two were awesome.
I highly recommend this place for lunch, dinner, or ordering pizza… it’s been around a long time, and I feel like it will be around a long time as well.

My first time here tonight and I loved it!
The host was friendly and seated us right away. We had a reservation. My boyfriend and I got a booth. The décor was welcoming and nice. We started off with the fried calamari. The portion was enough for four people. Very generous portions. Then, for our entrees we got the meat stuffed ravioli. You can only get beef ravioli. I had to add veggies to mine. We also got the steak salad. The steak was tender and juicy.
Overall, great atmosphere. The managers make you feel at home. Our server was very attentive.
Great experience! I’ll be back.
