Bertone Piccini is a boutique woman-​owned law firm located in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. The firm is led by managing partner Grace C. Bertone and opened for business on February 1, 2011. The founding partners have had broad training at one of the regional area’s premier firms, McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP. Mr. Piccini is licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York. Ms. Bertone is licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As a boutique firm with a specialized practice, we fill a distinct need in the professional marketplace. The size of this Firm affords us flexibility within the market segment we seek to serve, and our billing approach is geared solely to the benefit of our clients.

Jeremy S. Piccini received his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance & Marketing, and a minor in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Lehigh University. Mr. Piccini received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.

Mr. Piccini provides strategic counseling to clients in the areas of commercial transactions and commercial real estate law, including entity formation. Mr. Piccini has successfully negotiated and completed hundreds of multi-​million dollar business transactions and has served as counsel to numerous mid-​sized businesses and public corporations in various industries and professions. In addition, Mr. Piccini has tremendous experience in the fields of law relating to health care, corporate dealings, commercial transactions, and internal investigations.
