Amazing pedicure I loved every minute of it. It’s a calm place with two chairs so it’s not crowded. I had a lovely glass of water with lemon. Very clean, most importantly a lady came in with a nail fungus and they wouldn’t service her this is important because it’s contagious. It’s great they have these high standards in place other nail places wouldn’t care. I’ll be back for sure.
Update…I went and had a facial it was the best facial I’ve ever received. Calming and relaxing and my face feels refreshed and amazing!

I have moved all my services to Elite– nails, eyebrows, and hair. I constantly get compliments on all three. Talented employees, amazing service, and absolutely outstanding costumer service.

Having had a great first time experience with them, I decided to have my hair done there too. I was looking to try something new. Eva took the time to listen to my vision and certainly delivered on what I wanted. That was a saturday which was a day to meet family and friends. When you receive unsolicited compliments from trusted individuals on your new radical haircut that sends your confidence through the roof. It affirms you made the right decision! 3 days after uv gel nails, love the work n color but there were tiny cuts. This is not something i expected. From next tym i would just like them to be more careful. Knocked off 2 stars for cuts.

I love this place. I went to the old location and then stopped a while back. This new location is perfection! The salon itself is large and comfortable. The staff is kind and knowledgable. I’ve been back twice since my initial visit 3 months ago, and I’ve had both color and a cut. My most recent cut is the best I’ve had in a long time!!! Thank you Elite and Agnes W., you’re the best!

I just went there to do my hair and they colored it wrong they want they charge me $ 120 just to dye my hair and mind you my hair is not even longer than my shoulders I believe that’s a rip off because when I went there the first time they told me it was only going to be $ 70 and then they charge me 120. They don’t speak good English so it is hard to understand them. I will never go again.

I have been going to Elite for several years. The new location is absolutely gorgeous! I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Johanna. I highly recommend her. After I see her, I always receive lots of compliments from my friends and they usually did not even know I was getting my hair cut and colored before they say something to me. I also get deep cleansing facials and facials peels done. This is the original reason for me trying out the salon. After my first facial, I knew I would never go anywhere else. My skin has improved dramatically since I started going. I now use the Environ line of skincare products and have been carefully guided to the correct products I should use on a daily basis to keep my face looking great. I have also had a few pedicures and have never been disappointed.
Overall, everyone who works there is warm and inviting. You will receive extra special treatment whenever you are there for any service you get!

I called Elite Hair Studio on a friend’s recommendation while visiting from California. I was about to take a plane back and wanted a blow out. They were able to fit me in within a couple hours. I walked into to a clean and spacious salon where I was warmly greeted by receptionist and taken to a station. I met my friendly stylist, Agnes H. within a minute and we were off to wash my hair. I felt very pampered as she really took her time shampooing, massaging and conditioning. I have very thick, coarse, curly hair and she blew it out to look smooth and silky! I was extremely happy and received compliments for days! I will definitely go back the next time I’m in town, it was an excellent salon experience. Thank you !

The new Elite Hair location is incredible. I was shocked when I pulled up — ample parking, someone greets you at the door to take your coat, and a beautiful new facility with high ceilings and modern amenities. Their goal of making it feel like a full service spa is accomplished in this setting.
Having frequented a number of hair salons in the last year trying to find the right place, this place is doing so many things right. The woman answering the phone is pleasant and helpful. There is no «stuck up» vibe when you walk in as the girls that greet you are friendly and literally everyone in the place says hello. You are offered a drink several times during your appointment.
Agnes colored, cut and styled my hair and she was fantastic. She knew what I wanted more than I did; and guided me in the right direction so I wouldn’t damage my hair. She’s personable and truly great at what she does.
The only thing holding me back from giving that 5^th star is the price. You can get 20% off of color services on Mondays and Tuesdays. The last time I went on a Monday or Tuesday it was incredibly crowded — so crowded that it took me approximately 5 hours to get my hair dyed/​cut/​styled. This was the reason I stopped going to Elite back in 2014. I can’t sit for an hour waiting for the hair dresser to be ready because you overbooked — which at my last appointment in 2014 I sat for at least 2 hours twiddling my thumbs. This time, I came in on a Friday. Each hairdresser had one client. No one waiting in the wings looking frustrated and bored. So instead of overbooking yourself only offering the discount on Mondays and Tuesdays and losing customers that way — why not just offer the 20% off on more than 2 days or book the appointments with the right time frame in between? I can only afford Monday and Tuesday pricing, but I don’t think I should have to be penalized in service because of that.
I plan to go back here. I plan to give a Monday or Tuesday another shot because the truth is I don’t have enough money to throw away a 20% off opportunity — but if it takes 5 hours again to get my hair done, I’ll be right back at square one looking for another salon.
So, in the end, I love this place and Agnes and I really hope they continue to impress me because I want this to be my regular salon.

I don’t use any other service here except for nails. Salon itself is a little pricey for me. I definitely want to recommend Ewa when you book your appointment, request her. Gel fill-​ins always come out perfect and not bulky. She also does great and unique designs on nails.

I’ve been going to Elite Salon Spa Academy for several years now and I don’t plan on switching any time soon! I recently came in to switch up my normal hair color and wanted to get balyage done. Since I’m away at college for most of the year, I can only make appointments last minute due to the uncertainty of when I’ll be home. This poses no issue to the front desk because they are always accommodating and successful in finding an opening for my appointment.
From the moment you walk in the door, you are warmly greeted by everyone who is there. The new location is absolutely beautiful!!! It makes you feel like you’re at a high-​end day spa. The front desk are always quick on their feet and ask if anything is needed and if you would like anything to drink while you wait to be pampered. I had my appointment made with Marta for my balyage. However, Marta noticed that my hair color was becoming a little too dry and monotonous and recommended adding a moisturizing treatment in order to give some life back to my hair after a semester of neglect when I was away for school.
I was highly pleased with the outcome because my hair looks a lot more natural. It is visible to see that the staff here are constantly learning new techniques in cut and color in order to have new ideas that would best suit the clients. Marta took her time to paint highlights where needed in order to achieve the beautiful effects in my requested balyage. I always trust her with her opinions and recommendations because I know she and the entire staff want you to leave happy with amazing results. I look forward to coming into the spa every time. I highly recommend this salon and spa for anyone looking for great results!!!
