I was not happy with their services. I had been there a few times to get my children checkups and contacts/​glasses. There were so many things that happened every time we were there. They would call me that the glasses were in, then when I came to pick up, they were not in. there is just something not quite right with dr. & staff.
Doctor is very condescending. When I had called to get the last prescription because I told them my son had broke his glasses and we needed to go to lenscrafters to get one immediately, they had an attitude. I was told the prescription would be ready to pick up for my husband. when he came by they said the doctor had to sign it and he was with a patient and that he couldn’t pick it up. I called and asked when it would be ready. The woman told me that when I had called for the rx that I had an attitude with the other girl — it was just too strange for me. I had called and very nicely asked and explained our situation. In any event, my son was reevaluated at lenscrafters and they said his prescription was so far off, they couldn’t understand and that his eyes could not have changed that quickly. I brought my children to our old doctor who now accepted our insurance and when I told them where we came from, she said they had heard some bad stories about them too. She said one of their clients had an exam and glasses made up from there and when he tried to tell them there was something wrong with the rx, they told him there was nothing they could do about it.
My advice is to steer clear of this place. I will never take my family back there again. Sorry but true. I do not write bad reviews lightly but they really deserve one and I think it’s only fair that others be warned.
