Have a family member in there for a bit now. Chose carefully after some bad experiences in previous places and have to say we are happy here. Care is at much higher level. Staff is much more attentive and it is nice that they know residents names and stories as well as say hello all the time. Rooms and residents are clean. Food is decent probably the weakest point but sad to say hard to cook for a crowd. Doctor care is great as member as improved, and gained weight, and medications better regulated for dementia and overall health. No place can be perfect but glad to find a place where we feel some comfort that family is comfortable and decently taken care of.
