The Factory is brought to you by mother-​daughter team, Emma and Brandy, who together bring over 40 years of baking experience to give you pound cake perfection.

Business Owner

Emma is the creative mastermind behind Emma’s Pound Cake Factory. Using recipes passed down by her parents, Emma learned to bake at an early age. After 40+ years of perfecting recipes while serving family and friends, her passion led to the birth of her very own homestyle bakery, Emma’s Pound Cake Factory. Although her talents include from scratch pies, cobblers, and breads, she was born and raised in the south, where pound cakes have been a traditional favorite; thus focusing the efforts of her bakery on homemade pound cakes. Her personal favorite is the premium Five Flavor Pound Cake!

Emma has catered for corporate events, birthday celebrations, and other special occasions. In her spare time, Emma enjoys mentoring young adults who wish to learn basic baking skills and techniques.
