Our dog destroyed our carpeting a week before we left for vacation and then came home to a scheduled party at the house. Even though it was a small area, Williams was very helpful in finding carpet that was close to what we needed to match and then scheduled someone to come install it on a day that week when we could easily be home. The installer was prompt, did a good job and cleaned up thoroughly. We would definitely used them again.
