Drainxpress Sewer and Drain Services

On time, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done.
Matt recommended a few maintenance items I should follow to avoid repeats of the same problems — obviously less business for Drainxpress but certainly customer friendly. Will certainly recommend to friends and family.

If a business, owner, and employees do great work, but the business leadership has LITTLE IN THE WAY OF INTEGRITY, I contend that, as a customer, it is best to STEER CLEAR of that company!!! Donat Houle and DrainXpress is that person, and that company to avoid at all costs!!!
As a military member stationed in Florida and having a rental property in Horsham, PA, I depend upon honest, fair, quality, and complete service from a contractor. I cannot have a contractor hold on to over $ 3000.00 of a deposit for work cancelled for over a month, while charging me over $ 1000.00 on top after clearing a drain with a snake w/​camara. If a driveway doesn’t need to be dug up and $ 7000.00 of hard-​earned money doesn’t need to be spent and the job doesn’t get started then so be it!!!
Furthermore, The U.S. Navy does not need one of it’s sailors with the stress of being away from his family and deployed elsewhere additionally stressed with the prospect of having a dishonest contractor tell him everytime he calls that «the check has been mailed» time and time again. LIES!!! LIES, AND MORE LIES!!! We both know that no check had EVER been mailed. Additionally, injury of being overcharged and lied to gives way to insult when it’s realized time and time again (when my deposit is still in Donat’s DrainXpress bank account) that I cannot call to inquire (plead) because he is screening my phone calls out!
Finally, after over a month of pleading and getting the run-​around, I had to have loved ones corner this «professional» to retrieve my deposit for work not performed. Thanks for chopping it down a few hundred more dollars for my troubles Donat, and all the stress that you caused for nothing. You can bet that you’ll NEVER get another service call from me. Shame on you sir!

After dealing with 4 other plumbing companies (local plumber, Roto-​Rooter, Horizons, and Lowery) trying to open a clogged Kitchen drain with no success, I was ready to okay digging up the family room concrete floor to solve the problem. On the advice of a friend who suggested water jetting, I called DrainXpress, Donat arrived early with his 2 nephews (this really is a family owned and operated company). After surveying the conditions (water jetting was ruled out due to the position of the vent), they went to work with specialized tools and quickly cleared the drain stoppage. They were prompt, professional and neat. I highly recommend this company — they solved the problem!!! If you have a clogged drain, I suggest you call DrainXpress.

I don’t write reviews often, but I feel that these people deserve it. They have helped me 3 times; the last time was a very difficult problem; perhaps the most difficult problem i’ve had in 30 years of property management. It involved a sewer line under a building with no basement or crawlspace access. It took 5 days and required tunneling under a building and jackhammering concrete. THEY WERE EXTRAORDINARY, Donat, Tom and Matt were patient, deliberate, very professional, polite, considerate of tenants and dedicated to fixing this problem. Most companies would have walked away. They did not. They brought in other people, including a carpenter to remove a beautiful floor and a consulting plumber for a second opinion because of the unusual nature of the problem. I’m glad they did. It was not inexpensive, but it was fair. They’ve handled simpler things for me; but when the real problem showed up… so did they. Mike Y

Polite and prompt service. Called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message at 4:30 on a Friday and came out the next morning to fix the problem. They were also the only drain cleaning company I found that would give me a price range for their services over the phone! Highly recommend!!!

Donat was a pleasure to deal with! Very good communication and pricing was in line for the service he provides… not to mention the fact that he was able to go from taking my initial «please help!» call to getting the job done in less than a day. I certainly would not hesitate to use DrainXpress again!

Horrible! I contacted them on Saturday with an emergency drain clog and they got back to me on Tuesday. I then made an appointment, against my better judgment and they didn’t bother to show up. These people are horrible. l have wasted a lot of my time! Very unprofessional. They deserve zero stars.

We were extremely pleased with the work performed at our home. Drainxpress did a great job and offered a senior citizen discount.
