I always leave here satisfied. The nail technicians listen to my ideas and make suggestions on what they think is best. My nails are always really nice and I get a lot of compliments at work. A lot of people ask me where I get my nails done and I always tell them where I go because this place does a really good job. I usually get gel nails and they last a really long time. The waxing is also really good. Nicole does my waxing and she makes she it looks good before she lets you leave the wax room. If you want nice nails that last long– def come here!

I have been coming here since moving to Hatboro a little more than a year ago. The staff is so friendly, and the salon is super clean (so important!). What’s even better are the prices which are reasonable considering the area.
I highly recommend the spa pedicure… oh so relaxing!

I chose this salon based on Unilocal reviews and I was not disappointed. The girls are extremely nice, the color choices were greatly varied, & everything was super clean, with obvious sanitation practices in place. I went with a friend of mine and we ran in to two girls from work, which was like a living review of awesome. One girl was getting a manicure. They were using hand covers on her to protect her from the rays of the nail lamp — amazing! The other said she’s been a customer since the salon opened. We both got basic pedicures, which were anything but basic. Our feet were oiled, lotioned, exfoliated with an invigorating gel, then massaged with a hot stone leg rubdown! So nice! While we were drying we also got neck massages. SO not basic. I decided to get a design (flower) and Iris was really wonderful with her handpainting. Ong did a great job on my actual pedicure. I’m ticklish & she was really gentle. I did meet manager Robert, who was nice as well. It was just a great experience. I will definitely be back. :)

As a licensed cosmetologist I am very aware of the laws and regulations and when I can’t get my nails done at the salon I work for, I go here. 90% of the time I am pleased with their work and cleanliness. A few minor things I question but it hasn’t stopped me from going back. Great employees!

I went here on a recommendation from my cousin who only had good things to say. I needed to get a French manicure for a wedding I was going to be in. I decided to get a pedicure too.
I went in and enjoyed the pedicure experience, it was well done and the nail tech was friendly. But then when we got to the manicure I wasn’t feeling so confident. I asked for a basic French manicure with a pink accent line underneath. And the signs in the salon advertised cash deals Mon-​Thu and the mani/​pedi deal was listed as $ 25. But as I’m about to pay I was told a French manicure was $ 5 extra. I wasn’t aware and thought they should have advertised that. I agreed, reluctantly. I didn’t have a choice, the bride mandated French manicures.
The manicure looked TERRIBLE. Uneven and sloppy is the only way to describe it.
Then after she’s done she tells me the pink accent line is $ 2 extra and I’d have to pay at the end. I’m really unhappy that the manicure was so sub par and all of these hidden charges appeared out of nowhere.
The salon is clean and has a large staff and good color selection, I just think that it’s not a good way to treat new business. Not sure if I’d go back.

I think this is the best nail salon in the area! I’ve been to 4 or 5 other salons in Bucks and none of them can compete with strawberry.
They always do a fantastic job on my mani/​pedis and they last forever!

I have been to all the nail salons in hatboro and this hands down is the most rude staff in the area. I just got a full gel manicure 2 weeks ago and I asked for a color change and the technician Cindy seemed to get an attitude. There was a lot of snickering and speaking there own language going on after that. The manager, whoever that may be, has no control of the salon and they should be shut down. Don’t go here. Save yourself a few dollars and a bad experience and Go across the street to Diannas. They are more professional and do a much better job.

Typically I am highly satisfied with my gel manicure from Strawberry, but yesterday was MAJOR exception. I walked in around 5PM and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. no problem. I picked a color and sat down. 10 minutes went past and was escorted to a station where I waited for another 20 minutes. Finally the manger sat down to do my nails in such a rush that the cuticles are ripped, the nails were barely filed and were so jagged they they were getting caught on my shirt, a large bubble had formed in the ring finger on the left hand and the final product looked a week old. Nearly grown out. I will only return if I can have Nicole. I felt rushed and ignored. who has ever heard of a del manicure taking 20 min?!? the Manager kept getting up to answer the phone. should have never tipped him. very frustrated. the only thing I like is the color.

I started going here about a month ago and I will never go anywhere else now! They are the best! Every time I leave I love my nails. I got a pedicure for the first time there last week and it was amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful and you never have to wait long. It is so clean and pretty inside and the prices are reasonable. They do such a great job.

This place is so dedicated to their clients. Very friendly, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. They did a wonderful job on my nails. I also got the signature spa pedicure which was super relaxing the nail tech took her time and made sure I was very comfortable. I will definitely be returning and it looks like this is my new place.

I do NOT see the fuss about this place at all. Had a gel manicure here only 6 days ago. The same night some of the gel peeled right off 1 of my nails. Today isn’t even a week later & it’s time for another. They’re grown out & ready to peel off. They weren’t even filed down evenly in length. It’s near my work but I won’t be back.

My only mistake was not making an appointment. This place is really great when it comes to it’s specialities, however cannot handle a rush.
Both the women that helped me were very nice, and did an excellent job. I wasn’t offered a massage (they normally do) but I could understand because of the rush.
Also when my nails were drying, I felt really rushed to leave. The manager kept checking on me, and finally said that he thought they were dry, which I guess was my signal to leave.

I’ve come back a few times for a pedicure and desperately needed a manicure this time. I probably had a new nail tech last time, which resulted in a lower rating but this time, they definitely redeemed themselves. My manicurist, Cindy, was very attentive to detail and super nice. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she was determined to make it work even after 3 tries and it turning out not so great. Their cash specials during the weekday are fantastic, so check those out!

Love my nails! Reasonable prices… just $ 23 for a gel mani and they also give you a little back massage!

I have been here twice already and both times my nails turned out exactly like I wanted. It’s nice inside and relaxing.

They did a great job on my holiday nails. It’s always a perfect job here.

To be honest, at first I thought this was a pretty nice nail salon. But I’ve got to say that the service is not as satisfied as the place at all. The workers are not experienced professional because when I asked them about nail care, they were all seemed to be clueless to what I’m talking about. One person can’t complete my pedicure all together and I have to wait for another person to paint my toes. The pedi job was done badly with all the cuticles being uncut and my heels hard with calluses
even though I went back a couple times to get my feet scrubbed. When I saw the nippers with dead skin still on their and they were trying to use that on me, I was horrified. This is the worse nail salon and I’m never coming back here again.

It was quite busy there and a unexpected rush came in. I did make a appointment at 215 but when I arrived five other ladies came before me. Nicole started my nails around 235 which a little annoying but working in customer service I can relate and just let it go.
The inside is really clean and sanitary. My gel manicure came with a short back massage which was nice. Nicole was really careful with my nails and paid attention to length and size of each nails. I messed up two nails by accident and without and hesitation she quickly fixed it and said it’s totally fine.
Great customer service and I can’t wait to come back and get a pedicure!

So glad this place opened! Waited for my second time there to make sure the first time wasn’t a fluke. I got an awesome pedi followed by an awesome mani, with acrylics (some fancy kind that causes less damage and has no odor), gel polish, nail art, and cute little stones. Nicole did an axing job on my elaborate mani, everyone stayed late for me, and not once did I ever feel like I was being rushed or shooed out. Every single nail tech there seemed so happy and nice and not miserable and oppressed like other places. The owner or manager (didn’t catch his name) is so genuinely interested in your satisfaction. Everyone in there has a smile. The place is clean, beautiful, and well decorated. Very relaxing. AND to top it off they give you a little massage while you dry. This place rocks, everyone needs to go there.

This place is new, and you’re probably thinking they’re a dime a dozen in hatboro, but it’s worth the trip. It’s so clean and a noticeable air filtration system. They’re so nice and detail oriented, don’t rush you out the door but they’re fast. The décor is beautiful and relaxing. They do all they can to make sure you want to come back including a back rub when you sit down to dry and believe you and me sister, I’m coming back. This is the first place I have really really genuinely liked in a long long time.
