DO NOT EVER CALL MR. JACOBS unless you are looking to get ripped off and deal with him and his idiot sidekick son. They come totally unprepared to look at your tub and stand there. He is so condescending and his rates are just crazy for a job that he doesn’t fix. He has no idea what he is doing either.
Save your money and call Jay at Quality Hot Tub repair, he is so much cheaper and really knows what he is doing.
