As good as it gets for sure! We love this new store run by Manager Rob Higgens. Went to buy IPhone for my son over the Christmas holidays. Totally helpful and patient and great knowledge of the ATT service and products. But the story gets better. Two weeks later my son decides that the phone is too large for him. He wants a different phone. Problem is that he is at Penn State and the return period of 14 days is almost over. And, of course, he didnt bring the box with him when he went back to college. We were getting ready to drive up to Penn State and meet him half-​way to get the box back to him so he could then drive back and go to the ATT store. Called Rob. Within an hour or so he arranged with the manager of the Lycoming Mall store (who was going to a Penn State basketball game) to set up a new phone and meet my son at the game where they would switch the old for the new. It sounds pretty simple but believe me the arrangements took a couple of hours and several phone calls. If you ever need a phone, go to this brand new store on 309 and see Rob or one of the other guys. You will not regret it whether you are buying something new or returning something that you dont want! I cannot recommend them more.
