OK, as you can tell by now, I update my reviews if I give a place a second chance. My first experience was not the greatest, but I went back in about a week later for no other reason than it is conveniently located. Within 2 minutes of walking in the door I was already being tended to, and within about 10 minutes total, I was 6 tubes of blood lighter and on my way out the door.

I went just before closing on a weekday and I think due to this they were motivated to get people in and out so all people were seen quickly and efficiently. The woman was very nice and the whole process took no more than 30 minutes. I would go back here at 240 pm (close at 3) again.

Avoid this location at all cost!
The wait time was more than 1 hour! We should have made an appointment. One of the technicians (Maria) left at around 10:30 AM and she was not handling any patients at all! One of the woman waiting openly said that she was not doing anything at all and the other technician had a good laugh and agreed with her.
The lady drawing my wife’s blood behaved very rudely when she couldn’t find vein on one of my arms even after multiple attempts. She accused her of not drinking enough water beforehand as if it was my wife’s fault for her not being finding the vein after multiple attempts. She almost «threatened» my wife to go for butterfly method. She had past painful experience with that drawing method and was scared! Thanks God that she finally found vein on her other arm. But she still kept blaming my wife for not drinking enough water.
I know my wife has deep veins and experienced technicians in other agencies (Subrise, Labcorp etc.) always found them in first or second attempt. We are never ever going back to this location!!!
