As the previous reviewer said, the contractor, Roy Rodas, over-promised and under-delivered. His inability to complete the tasks that he was hired for is reprehensible. Due to no quality assurance or oversight of his crew, I needed to spend extra money to fix things that weren’t broken before he started (bathroom sink, electrical, rug) and then purchase items that he failed to provide (outlet covers, thermostat, window screens to name a few). The biggest disappointment however was that I had to hire someone else to complete the work he failed to do (full kitchen, railing, exterior siding, & electrical). I would NOT recommend this contractor.

Contractor (Roy Rodas) promised a lot. Delays happened… Fine. Using workers who didn’t complete job properly caused other problems. New bathtub wasn’t completely checked for function and ended up causing water stains on room below. Repair job of ceiling was poorly done and very visible. After many phone calls and texts they came back, still not repaired correctly. Then my texts and phone calls were ignored. I have hired someone else to repair their shoddy work.
Would not recommend this contractor. And VERY annoyed by being ignored.
