Central Air Solutions

My experience seems the same as that of JW. We had a system installed a few years ago and the owner Adam did make a very good impression.
One of my units has had a leak since the start. I have spent hundreds, close to one thousand, dollars getting that unit maintained. Right this moment there are 2 people from another company here for the 3^rd time. I probably will have to spend a lot and replace the entire unit. I am quite angry and will probably have to follow this up with Angies List and BBB.
What I learned from this experience is not to take the lowest of 3 quotes, and also not to be fooled by how nice the owner is.
Update: Spent over 500 just now on repair to that one unit that has never worked properly.

Adam the owner did a great job initially with changing our hvac unit. However, the cooling gave problems from day one. Initially he was amazingly responsive and fixed the issues. However, now that it’s been 2 years since the install, the problems have kept recurring. Now he will not reply to emails, voice messages or pick up the phone. Too bad because they strive to do a good job and I really like the owner.

Central Air Solutions retrofitted our Colonial house with central air conditioning /​heat pump system. This involved installing ductwork and an air handler in the attic, running ductwork to the 1^st floor via closets on the 2^nd floor, placing the condensing unit outside and doing all of the associated electrical work.
We had a fantastic experience working with Central Air Solutions. We first met George who gave us a range of options in terms of the components and was very willing to work with us to meet our exact needs. We were retrofitting our Colonial with the central air system and this involved running 3 zones of ductwork. The quoted cost from Central Air Solutions was less than others and the components were of a higher grade than those being included in the bids of their competitors.
Next, we met Adam, owner of Central Air Solutions, to establish the exact requirements of the job. They were able to begin the work about 3 weeks later. The job took 8 business days to complete and the crew, led by Curt, was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were extremely happy with each aspect of the job. In addition, they were very clean throughout the entire process. Both Adam and George remained involved during the job and we felt very well taken care of.
We would definitely recommend Adam and his team to others that are seeking an HVAC contractor or for your central air servicing needs.
