Hi, my names Ashley and I’m the owner and a massage therapist of Muscles First Massage. I’ve been doing massage for 5 years now and love it. I love to learn and this profession allows me to forever be a student. I opened the business to be able to offer customers a place to come to relax, but know we specialize in deep tissue and only do massage here. I am passionate about holistic health and massage allows me to heal people and it’s one of the greatest joys in life I have.

I’ve been seeing Ashley regularly for deep tissue massage now for 3 years now. As an avid runner I tend to put my body through a lot and she’s helped me keep things loose. She’s very knowledgeable and listens to you. We always check in to see where the problem areas are before starting so that she has a good idea of how to work out all the abuse I seem to put myself through. This winter with all the snow shoveling unleashed havoc on my back and shoulders, the worst that it’s been in a while. She had me feeling almost normal in no time!

I saw Katie for a massage and it was great. She worked on all my stress points with strong hands. Can’t wait to go back.. The place is adorable and they were working on the décor when I was there last.. Place was quiet and relaxing..

My massage was good. It was not super relaxing as I could hear people in the next room talking as they got a massage. Loud clicking clock in my room was distracting. I think its a new business that us trying, but she needs to do more to make it a more relaxing experience. I also could hear someone talking right outside my door. It was a bit hard to find and not much parking.
