Pizza Etc

I have been going here for quite a few years. Very good selection of food. Their pizza is very good and they also offer things like seafood salad etc. which you don’t usually see. I have found that the delivery is always on time and they never screw up the orders. We generally use them as her go to pizza place.

I order from here all the time. The food is great, the price is right, and they’re quick to deliver. In regards to the review further down that mentions a $ 1 fee per item, I’ve never experienced that, but I always use the Eat24 app to order from this place and a $ 1 total delivery charge is included but that’s it. Eat24 emails me a $ 2 off coupon every weekend so I use that and include a $ 2 tip for the delivery person, so I essentially break even on that. Sometimes Google Wallet offers $ 5 off your order to pay through them within the Eat24 app and you can use that in combination with the $ 2 off coupon. Depending on how much you order, I’ve actually paid half the total with all the discount perks the app offers. Pizza, etc. is the only place in Haverhill that is accessible through Eat24 which is how I found it in the first place. Glad they have great food so I can keep using the app!

My boyfriend and I ordered out from this place so many times! We always got the Bacon Pizza, and I don’t know what it was, but everything about it was good. The sauce, the cheese, the bacon, everything.
And I don’t say this about many places, but the fries are memorable too. I ordered something other than pizza once, it was a steak and cheese sub, but it didn’t live up to the pizza.

Delivery drivers are really nice but all the food is hit or miss. I asked for a little extra buffalo sauce this time because they have come to me a number of times a little dry, so when I ordered on
today, I was called back and told she needed to charge me extra for that. Also, got charged to split an order of wings in two flavors. I didn’t ask for any blue cheese or ranch for the buffalo wings so it kinda pissed me off she had to charge me extra for a little extra buffalo sauce. So today I felt I may have been pushed over the edge and I decided to finally write a review.
The pizza I ordered here before was burnt and disappointing. Their gyros are acceptable. They have good fries. Subs are okay. Salads are good.
Every time I order from here though, I am reminded why I shouldn’t order anymore.

My office has been ordering from this place for awhile now. We’ve all loved Pizza Etc. until we found something out recently that’s been rubbing us the wrong way regarding deliveries. For a while we’ve felt like we’ve been overcharged for a few times on several occasions. So I asked for specific prices when I called recently. The man on the phone informed me that if you order for delivery you are charged an extra $ 1 on each item you order… um, WHAT!!!
So when the delivery person arrived that day I asked for more clarification. I asked if that extra dollar per item was seen as gratuity or as a delivery fee maybe? They said they don’t get to keep that, they stated that «he keeps that». I assumed by «he» they meant the owner… sketchy? uh, yes. Oh and btw — this additional fee is NOT mentioned anywhere on the menu and will not be mentioned unless you inquire about why your prices don’t match the menu when ordering. huge dislike.
As much as we love the food from Pizza Etc (if this review was based solely on food I would give it at least 4 stars!!), this extra unmentioned fee is not right. It looks like we’ll have to start going elsewhere OR start picking it up from now on.

The young man behind the counter was an atypical teenager — polite on the phone and in person. But the pizza was undercooked and the little bit of sauce on the pizza was too spicy for my taste. Cheap canned mushrooms, barely enough sausage and raw onions completed our $ 16 dinner for just one pie. I wouldn’t go back. Sorry.

the pizza is good –not too greasy, good crust and a fluffy medium-​thick dough. friendly and quick service! i wish they had some extra sauce on the pizza and it was a bit crisper though

My boyfriend decided to order us a late meal from here a few weeks ago. Both of our sandwiches were super good. I got the chicken kebab sandwich, which was super tasty. They also give you a TON of tzatziki sauce with it on the side, which is nice. (At least I think that’s what it was — I’m usually more of a souvlaki girl, so I don’t usually get tzatziki…)
Just a small, mostly take out place, but most definitely yummy!

Great owners, good service and great selection. Prices are very reasonable — I can feed 4 people for ~$ 25 – 30 with a 2 liter soda included. Try their White pizza — you’ll love it.
Low employee turnover, prompt service and easy parking. It’s straight up reliable, consistent food.
