Dr. Neilson and all of the staff at Elegant Smiles are absolutely wonderful. I started going there about 7 years ago for Invisalign treatment and felt so comfortable that I decided to make them my regular dentist. They have flexible scheduling so you can go either early morning or in the evening, as your work schedule needs. I had to have my first cavity filled in my late 20s and am terrified of needles and Dr. Barb and the other staff were so understanding and let me work through it with such patience and compassion… there’s no way I’ll ever go anywhere else!

This office is amazing — they always make me feel at ease. I definitely have a phobia when it comes to the dentist — but they have calmed my fears. They are all so very caring and accommodating.

I’ve seen Doctor Barbara Nielsen for many years. She and her staff of talented professionals like Debby and Betty are simply the best. Regardless of the work I’m having done Dr. Barb always has a smile and explains everything upfront. I live over an hour from the office but I’ll never go anywhere else. Just wish they would bring back cable (ESPN) in the back rooms.

As far as dentists go, both Dr. Barbara Neilson and Dr. Howard Neilson have proven time and time again to be the most personable and professional dentists I have ever experienced! They not only take a moment to chat with their patients, they are communicative throughout every exam and really go the distance to offer suggestions and general dental advice. I always feel as if I get more than I pay for when I visit their office!
I’m also a fan of the staff at Elegant Smiles when I’m greeted with a smile and courtesy from almost every one there! It’s rare to find a perfect doctor’s office and the majority of the staff and Dr. s really put Elegant Smiles back up on top of my list!

After a number of horrible experiences with other dentists which further cemented my dental phobia, Dr. Neilson is an absolute relief. His office staff are the best I’ve ever encountered, and really add to the relaxed environment of the office. Dr. Neilson is everything you’d want in a dentist and more. His practice is extremely flexible in their approach to dental anxiety, and they have done everything they can to make my visit calm and efficient.
This office is an oasis in the middle of a desert of unprofessional dentists. If you have a fear of dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Neilson.
