I have been using this medical facility 4 over 12 years and the reason I continue using then is because dr. Park and dr. Larua r so caring & really like family after knowing each other so many years. Sometimes I feel they care about my health more than I do. Dr. Larua keep on me month after month to do something about my high blood pressure until i finally went 2 my family Dr & was put on medication for it. Dr. Larua still checks it monthly & if it wasn’t for her telling me what could happen if it wasn’t taken care of made me get it under control. I could never thank her enough 4 being so caring. From the girl where I sign in until I see Maureen when signing out who by the way is so friendly & a huge personality but the whole staff is like that. A huge thank u to Dr. Park, Dr. Larua & everyone else you’re the best of the BEST!!!

Absolutely disgusted at this establishment. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 3 years ago, and because of the weather I had to actually take my medicine, and I went for my monthly visit on 10÷08÷15 and explained the issue, was given medicine, but was told because I actually USED my medicine and ran out, I wasn’t able to fill it for 2 more days. I had already been suffering and they just didn’t care. I went back to speak to LAURA, who sent everyone else to talk to me except herself. She’s a coward as well as all the people working there. Dispicable behavior. They treat everyone like a drug addict, when most people there have a legit condition they need help with. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, unless you want them to take your money and not help you. I will never be returning, and thanks to my GOOD doctor who actually cares about my well being, I was able to get the medicine I needed. Thanks for nothing GPSP.

The doctors and PA’s here are amazing! I have a lifelong condition and the medical staff is beyond awesome! However, the non-​medical staff, i.e. receptionist and such, are horrible. I’ve had three occasions when I’ve really needed to get in touch with the doctors or have precerts done and I’ve been lied to and treated like an annoyance. I have been going to this office for about 3 – 4 years and have come in seen the doctor, paid my bill, and left. It wasn’t only till recently when I started to have issues that needed to be addressed between my appointments that I’ve needed to utilize the other staff and I can’t say I’m happy. If I didn’t love my doctor and PA I would have already left and looked for care elsewhere. I would highly recommend the doctors and PA’s so this isn’t a bad review against them but rather their staff. I have notified management of my feelings and Bernie, the office manager has been nothing but apologetic, saying that they are working on different issues with the staff. Hopefully, the issue of the staff treating patients like we are an annoyance and don’t care will change quickly. It is my opinion that you meet the doctors and let them treat you (because I can’t say enough about how amazing they are!!!) but stay on top of the staff and communicate with the management if you are unhappy.
When you are not feeling well the last thing you want is to fight for what should be a given, Great compassionate care regardless of if it is coming from medical or non-​medical staff.
