History

Established in 1997.

Lifelong Havre de Gracians, Margie and Dwayne Coakley (siblings) opened Coakley’s Pub to showcase their Irish heritage along with their love of Havre de Grace and their desire to raise their families in beautiful HDeG. There have been many expansions in the 17 year operation and now Coakley’s Pub is housed in 4 buildings which occupy the entire block of 400 St. John Street. With 5 dining rooms, 3 bars, a billiards room, a fireplace, dance floor featuring live local musicians weekly… there is literally something for everyone.
