This place is terrible. I am not even sure where to start. First, let’s begin with the way it looks. In a word, DIRTY. I understand that the old post office is OLD and that it might have leaks, OK, no worries, the plaster looks horrible from water damage, that does not bother me, but the rest of the room was GROSS.(waiting area the offices in the back were not this bad, an d made me feel a bit better, until the service turned me off) I didn’t want my daughter to touch anything in there. Inside the waiting area there is a large area rug that looks like it has never been cleaned. This alone made me a little afraid, but I gave it a try anyway. I was ushered into the back by an over weight nurse with an attitude. They don’t let you fill out your patient forms, they do it for you. When the doctor came in she reviewed the information the nurse had gotten from me. At one point I had to correct her because the nurse had written down that I had a familial history of thyroid disease, which is not correct, the doctor had the nerve to ask me if I was sure of that, as if I made the mistake??? She even examined my thyroid while I was there… this is my GYNO??? The questions they ask are invasive. Being asked your religion at your physician’s office is new to me, but not that big a deal, but I was asked questions about whether I had ever been abused, if I was in an abusive relationship now, it was just too much. After I had my annual pap I waited for two weeks for my results, finally I called the office. They don’t give you results if they are normal… might have been nice to know that, ya think??? All in all, don’t go here. Does not inspire confidence, is not family friendly either. There is not even a ramp for a stroller.

POORLYRUNOFFICE! LEAVINGAFTER10YEARS~ I waited over an hour and when asked about how much longer they said — oh um there are 3 people ahead of you. You should reschedule patients when they come in when you are running over an hour and a half behind OR at least inform the patient when they get there. *Lori Antinozzi, MSN, CNM is one of the worst medical practitioners I’ve ever met. She clearly wanted to get out of the office on a Friday afternoon because after waiting an hour she walked in and said that there was no point in having a pregnancy consult because we didn’t know if «it» was even viable without an ultrasound. These are crushing words to a first time Mom. Then when I tried to schedule it the front office told me they rarely have ultrasounds before having the pregnancy consult.

TERRIBLE! Do NOT waste your time! I was a new patient in early 2012 had fantastic service now in 2013 you can never call and talk to an actual person you must leave a message and they have to call you back. They have messed up my birth control prescription 3 times now and it is yet to be corrected.
