Horrible! I came with my dad and decided to look around while he got what he needed. We had an entire hour before the store closed. There were two ladies working. One was sweeping and the other lady was at the counter. No one greets you when you walk in. They don’t ask if you need help. They’re just looking at their watches. My dad just needed a hair developer to color his hair. He asked where they were and the lady at the counter pointed towards the back area of the store. There was no one else in the store besides us and she couldn’t show him where. He came over to the lady at the counter with a few questions about the different kinds of developers. The lady answered and I see him walking back to the aisle he was in. This happened several times until finally, I asked the lady that if there was no one else in the store, how come she can’t just help him. She then replied that the other lady had asked and my dad declined help. Total lie. I was within earshot the entire time. We were now all standing in the same area. I asked my dad if this in fact did happen and he said no. It was a small store and I never heard anyone offer him any help. Horrible service. Just go home and close the store if you’re going to be this horrible.

I popped in again recently and things were a bit better. Someone actually greeted me and asked if I needed help. I ended up having a small chat with her and she gave me some recommendations.
