Our car died and ampm was dispatched by aaa. after jump starting the car, Louis advised that because of the whining sound coming from the engine, it was probably a pulley or something other than a dead battery. because our car is awd, a regular tow was not possible, and a flatbed was going to take a while to get there, Louis went above and beyond and offered to follow us to our mechanic to make sure we didn’t have any issues. we really appreciated his care. thank you ampm for having great customer service!
